With this also comes the issue of high capacity classrooms, sometimes making teachers and schools finding it challenging to have an effective teaching and learning environment and offer the quality of education the students deserve, and not hindered by the count.

This is how we partnered with one school from Saudi Arabia in tackling this challenge, converting chaos into control equips teachers with practical tools and techniques to create a student-centric and productive learning environment.

To maximize the effectiveness of the training, the program adopts a learner-centered and interactive design approach. Engaging Training Delivery

During the physical workshop, over 40 teachers from Grades 1-9 were immersed in an environment focused on setting a positive attitude and fostering engagement. Activity-based learning and the use of props allowed participants to experience collaborative learning firsthand. The workshop included various activities such as graphical framing, empathy circles, positive behavior reinforcement, and energizers. These activities not only kept the teachers engaged but also provided them with tangible examples of how to implement these strategies in their own classrooms.
